If your order has not been shipped yet and you have placed it with membership; you can cancel it via the 'My Account' section on our website. If you have placed an order without membership; you can contact us at +90 541 525 82 96 support line or at our email address [email protected]. It is not possible to cancel shipped orders from the page. In this case, we kindly ask you to follow the return process in the 'My Account' section.
You can return the product that you are not satisfied with for any reason within 14 business days following the delivery. You can start your return process by sending the shipment code via XXX, and it must be sent with the buyer's payment. It is very important that the products to be returned or exchanged are sent complete, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
It does not matter whether you pay by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or credit card. Once the return process is completed and the returned product reaches us, the refund will be made to you within 15 business days.
In cases where there is no defect in the product arising from the seller in cancellations, returns and exchanges, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
