You can add products to your unpaid orders in your basket. We work with a shipping integration to deliver your completed orders to you as quickly as possible. Since the shipping tracking code is generated as soon as the payment for your order is made, it is not possible to make additions after this stage.
Please check your order while the courier is still present. If your package is missing or defective: - Do not accept the delivery. - Fill out a "Damage Detection Report" with the courier. - Return the product/package to us with this report and the invoice. - Contact us through the communication channels below regarding the issue.
